Orders usually ship within 3 days. Greeting Cards and Fridge Magnets can not be returned unless they are defective.

Our DVDs are region free and can be played  in  any country.  However, they can be returned if proved defective. If you have a problem please try the DVD on a different machine to make sure your machine is compatible.

Products can be returned for a refund or a replacement.
